Maintenance

As the needs of your organization change, your training must change to remain current and effective. ThinkPoint will work with you to develop an ongoing maintenance plan that will include regular updates and necessary revisions to your training. As with every service that we provide, ThinkPoint provides you with maintenance options: You can assume responsibility for maintenance yourself, you can have us maintain your training program, or we can share the responsibility.

Hosting/Delivery

ThinkPoint will deliver your training via the web, CD-ROM, or your intranet. We can also provide hosting services and deliver your e-learning course from a designated spot on our secure web server. We build all of our custom e-learning solutions so that they are compatible with your learning management system (LMS). If completion status or scored assessments need to be tracked and you do not have an LMS, we can provide you with this functionality as part of our solution.

Options

At ThinkPoint, we know that every business is unique and has unique needs. We believe in providing our clients with as much, or as little, help as they need. ThinkPoint can build your custom course from the ground up or we can teach your employees how to develop and maintain web-based training and provide you with the tools to do much of the work yourself. By providing you with these options, we help you to control costs and the amount of time your employees need to dedicate to the creation of training content.

Ongoing Support

Even after your e-learning course is successfully launched, ThinkPoint will stay with you and offer ongoing support through one of our maintenance agreements. Our approach to the maintenance of e-learning content is dependent upon each individual client. We will be there for you to update and maintain your training on an “as needed” basis, or you can contract with us for periodic updates. If you wish to take complete control of maintenance, ThinkPoint can help you build the capacity within your organization to handle the ongoing maintenance of your training.
